Same Day Despatch
All orders placed before 1:00PM on any business day will be despatched the same day. Orders after this cut off time will be despatched next business day.
Can I place a phone order?

Will we then place the order on your behalf and depending on your preferred payment method, contact you for payment. Please note: Priority will be given to online orders.
I forgot to order something, can I add to my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, please place another order online and select the below shipping option.
How do I check the status of my order?
Go to your account summary and click on ‘my orders’. From here you can see the status of your order and track.
Can I pick up my order?
If you are local to the Cairns area, you are welcome to pick up. Please select the below shipping option.
Once your order is ready we will send you an email with the pick up instructions.
Please Note: We will only email the instructions for your first order, after that you can check your order status and if it has been marked as despatched. Then it is out and ready for pick up.
What are my payment options?

How do I pay with bank deposit?
This option is only available to customers within Australia Only.
Please record the bank account details displayed when you select bank deposit as a payment option. They are also displayed after your order is completed. If you forget to record them, they are also available via ‘my account’ and ‘orders’ Click on the order number and they can be viewed here.
Please quote your Order Number and/or Name as the reference on your transfer.
Why can’t I type in the suburb field?
You need to first type your postcode in the postcode field. Once you have done this you will be offered options relating to your postcode to select from.
How do I know my order is successful?
Once you have completed the secure checkout and payment process you should receive an order confirmation via email instantly. If you do not receive an email after you complete the checkout, then you may have not completed the checkout process. You can check your orders via ‘My Account ‘and ‘Orders’. If there is record of you order here, then you may find your order still in your shopping cart. If you have not received a confirmation email please check your ‘junk folder’ and add us to your safe sender list.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery is normally within 2-3 business days from dispatch date for delivery within Australia, although most Queensland customers often receive their delivery on the next business day but this is not guaranteed. Please visit our shipping page for more detailed information.
Do you have an Express Service?
If you have selected the Express Service, all our orders within Australia are sent via eParcel Express (delivery is not guaranteed overnight). If your order is urgent, please note in the comments section at checkout advising the date you require your item. We will confirm that your item will be delivered in time before processing your order. For International customers the Express service used is ECI or International Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have been shipping our products to retail and wholesale customers around the world for years. Please see our Shipping information page for more information.
I live internationally, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all our international parcels via Australia Post. There are two options available
·AIR MAIL - Generally Between 7- 10 business days, but it can take longer (up to 14 business days) depending on the destination.
·EXPRESS AIR - Between 3-6 business days, fully traceable online. This shipping method does not include insurance.

How do I track my parcel online?
Once we dispatch your item you will be sent an email from our eParcel system advising your tracking number. For Australian deliveries you can then visit the Australia Post website and track your parcel on line or phone 131 118.
Please allow 24 hours before tracking for your parcel information to be loaded onto the Australia Post Database.
For international deliveries via Air Mail tracking is available in some countries via your local postal service website and your consignment number as the reference. For Express international parcels tracking is available via the Australia Post website as above.
How will my order be packed?
When posting your order, we will pack it with tissue paper to avoid damage during transit. Although we take every care with the packing of it, we cannot be responsible for any damaged caused throughout its journey. Insurance is available.
Do you supply wholesale?
All our feathers and millinery items are listed at one low price to both retail and wholesale customers. Please contact us if you would like to discuss volume or bulk purchase discounts.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we have no minimum order restrictions.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST, so when you check out there will be no additional surcharges.
